Since My Breakfast Reading Program can be used by classroom teachers, teacher assistants, tutors, parents, siblings and/or classmates, anyone can be a coach.

However, think of coaching in the world of sports.  Some sports have only one coach, while others sports have a head coach and assistant coaches.  For example, most tennis teams only have one coach.  In football, you have a head coach, linebacker coach, receiver coach, quarterback coach, kicking coach, etc....

The head coach, or if you are the only coach, needs to understand the entire program.  However, assistant coaches can have a working knowledge of the program, but their main focus is to run the specialized drills.

Since the actual "coaching" activities in My Breakfast Reading Program are sequential and repetitive, it will be easy for you, as the head coach, to train your coaching staff, such as classroom assistants, tutors, classmates, siblings, etc....
